Record Number of Exhibitors Gather for the IMWF Wedding and MICE Forum in Didim

The 9th International MICE & Wedding Forum (IMWF) will take place from 28 to 31 October 2026 at Anda Barut Collection in Didim, and organisers say it has set a new record for exhibitors and geographic diversity.

Hotels, resort groups and tourism boards from Europe, Asia, South America, the Far East, the Middle East and Africa will meet the owners and decision-makers of event agencies that run large international projects, including multi-day destination weddings, full hotel buyouts and incentive trips. Exhibitors include Virgin Limited Edition, Portugal's Palácio Estoril, Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resort, the Azerbaijan Tourism Board and several Istanbul landmark hotels.

Under the theme 'From Classics to New Discoveries', the programme includes an opening cocktail, conferences and panels, a full day of one-to-one B2B meetings and a closing gala. Turkish Airlines is the official flight partner.

The event shows how strongly international demand for destination weddings is growing on Türkiye's Aegean coast, a trend that also benefits neighbouring Bodrum and its luxury wedding venues.
