UK Ambassador Visits Bodrum to Strengthen Tourism Ties with British Visitors

Bodrum and the United Kingdom are moving to deepen their tourism relationship. The UK's newly appointed Ambassador to Türkiye, Jennifer Anderson, and her delegation visited Bodrum Municipality, where they were hosted by Mayor Tamer Mandalinci.

Focus on the British visitor experience

The talks centred on strengthening tourism links between Bodrum and the UK, improving the holiday experience of British guests and raising overall visitor satisfaction. Both sides exchanged views on meeting the expectations of UK travellers and reinforcing Bodrum's position in international tourism.

Mayor Mandalinci said the aim is to further improve the experience of visitors arriving from the UK and to continue working to carry Bodrum's strong standing in international tourism forward.
