495 Million TL Hotel Investment in Bodrum’s Turgutreis

A major tourism investment is coming to Turgutreis, Bodrum. Ankyra Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş. has announced a 495 million TL project to develop a brand-new 4-star hotel in the area. As part of the project, the existing structure will be demolished and replaced with a modern tourism facility. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process has already begun.

161 Rooms, 260-Bed Capacity

The hotel will feature a total of 161 rooms with a capacity of 260 beds, designed to meet the diverse needs of visitors:

• 12 standard rooms

• 10 suites

• 20 one-bedroom suites (1+1)

• 3 additional one-bedroom suites (1+1)

• 21 two-bedroom suites (2+1)

• 24 three-bedroom suites (3+1)

• 2 accessible rooms for disabled guests

The property will also include:

• An à la carte restaurant

• 2 massage rooms

• Outdoor swimming pool

• Children’s playground

• Fitness center

• Open parking lot for 60 vehicles
